I’m sharing my thoughts and training while trying to get back up and running! I started my running journey in October 2013, with the Couch to 5k plan! This was a fantastic program which I’d recommend to anyone!
From here I made significant improvements with my fitness and I was soon hooked!
However, injuries often happen…and I found a few things out. Running isn’t simple. It isn’t just about putting one foot in front of the other. Its complex and it takes a lot of work.
